Website Package & Website Care Plan Policies

Quash Foundry provides simple, professional websites for local service businesses. Our standard website package includes a one-time setup fee and an ongoing monthly Website Care Plan.

The setup fee covers the initial creation and launch of the website. The monthly Website Care Plan covers hosting, support, basic upkeep, and one small monthly content update.

The $399 setup fee includes the creation of one professional website using one of Quash Foundry's approved website templates.

The standard website includes:

• One professionally designed website based on a selected Quash Foundry template
• Mobile-friendly layout
• Business name, phone number, and contact information added to the site
• Service list or service categories
• Service area section
• Click-to-call phone button
• Contact or quote request form
• Basic "About" or company introduction section
• Google Maps link or service area reference
• Customer-provided logo, photos, or images added when available
• One round of onboarding edits before launch
• Basic technical setup for publishing the website
• Connection to the customer's selected domain
• Website launch support

The website is intended to be a clean, simple, credibility-building online presence for local service businesses.

The standard $399 website is built as a one-page business website or equivalent landing page.

A standard one-page website may include sections such as:

• Hero/header section
• Services section
• About section
• Service area section
• Photo/gallery section
• Reviews/testimonials section
• Contact form section
• Footer with contact information

Additional pages are not included in the base $399 setup unless specifically agreed to in writing.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate business information, including:

• Business name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Business address or service area
• List of services offered
• Business hours, if applicable
• Logo, if available
• Photos, if available
• Any licenses, certifications, warranties, guarantees, or claims they want displayed

The customer is responsible for ensuring all information submitted to Quash Foundry is accurate, lawful, and approved for public use.

Quash Foundry is not responsible for verifying licensing, insurance, certifications, legal claims, guarantees, service claims, or regulatory statements provided by the customer.

The $399 setup fee includes one onboarding edit round before the website is launched.

The onboarding edit may include reasonable changes such as:

• Updating business information
• Correcting phone number, email, or address
• Adjusting services listed
• Swapping photos
• Updating business hours
• Minor text edits
• Minor layout adjustments within the selected template

The onboarding edit does not include:

• Full redesigns
• Changing to a completely different template after work has started
• Custom-coded features
• Advanced SEO work
• Logo design
• Brand strategy
• Copywriting from scratch beyond basic site content
• Additional pages
• Repeated rounds of revisions

Additional onboarding edits may be billed separately.

Most standard websites can be completed within a reasonable timeframe after the customer provides all required information.

Delays may occur if:

• Customer information is incomplete
• Domain access is not available
• Customer requests changes outside the standard package
• Customer does not respond to review requests
• Third-party systems such as domain registrars or email providers cause delays

Quash Foundry is not responsible for delays caused by missing customer information, unavailable domain access, or third-party services.

The customer may use a domain they already own or purchase a new domain.

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for purchasing and maintaining ownership of their domain name.

Quash Foundry may assist with connecting the website to the domain, but the customer remains responsible for:

• Domain registration fees
• Domain renewals
• Domain registrar account access
• Keeping domain payment information current

Quash Foundry does not guarantee recovery of expired domains or domains controlled by third parties.

The customer owns the business information, logo, photos, and original materials they provide.

Quash Foundry retains ownership of its templates, systems, layouts, code structure, design framework, and reusable website components.

As long as the customer remains active on the Website Care Plan, Quash Foundry will host and maintain the customer's website.

If the customer cancels service, the website may be taken offline unless a separate transfer or buyout agreement is made.

The $399 setup fee does not include:

• Custom web application development
• E-commerce functionality
• Booking systems
• Payment processing setup
• Advanced SEO campaigns
• Blog writing
• Ongoing marketing
• Paid ads
• Google Business Profile management
• Logo design
• Professional copywriting packages
• Custom photography
• Video editing
• Email inbox setup
• CRM setup
• Multi-page custom websites
• Competitor research
• Legal policy drafting
• Accessibility audits
• Ongoing content creation

These services may be quoted separately when available.

The $99/month Website Care Plan keeps the customer's website online, maintained, and supported.

The plan includes:

• Website hosting
• SSL/security certificate support
• Basic uptime monitoring
• Basic technical maintenance
• Contact form support
• Mobile display upkeep
• Minor bug fixes related to the original site setup
• One small monthly content update
• Basic support for website-related questions
• Template-level security and compatibility updates when needed
• Continued use of the Quash Foundry website system

The monthly fee is required for Quash Foundry to continue hosting and supporting the website.

Each active customer receives one small content update per month.

A small monthly content update may include one of the following:

• Updating phone number, email, or address
• Updating business hours
• Adding or removing a service
• Updating service area text
• Swapping one or more photos
• Updating seasonal wording
• Adding a short announcement
• Changing a coupon or promotion
• Updating a testimonial
• Making minor text corrections
• Updating a call-to-action

The monthly update is limited to approximately 30 minutes of work.

Unused monthly updates do not roll over to future months.

The monthly Website Care Plan does not include:

• Full redesigns
• New website pages
• New landing pages
• Major copywriting
• SEO campaigns
• Blog posts
• Paid advertising
• Logo design
• Custom graphics
• Custom-coded features
• Booking tools
• Payment systems
• E-commerce
• CRM integrations
• Large photo galleries
• Major layout changes
• Rebuilding the website in a different platform
• Emergency same-day changes
• Repeated edit rounds

These may be quoted separately.

Requests outside the included monthly update may be billed separately.

Common add-on pricing may include:

• Extra small edit: quoted separately
• Extra website page: quoted separately
• New landing page: quoted separately
• Major redesign: quoted separately
• SEO setup: quoted separately
• Google Business Profile support: quoted separately
• Custom forms or integrations: quoted separately

Quash Foundry will notify the customer before completing billable work outside the active plan.

Website Care Plan support covers issues related to the customer's Quash Foundry-hosted website.

Support includes:

• Website display issues
• Contact form issues
• Broken links
• Minor technical bugs
• Basic website questions
• Monthly edit requests

Support does not include:

• Business consulting
• Marketing strategy
• Social media management
• Email account troubleshooting
• Device troubleshooting
• Internet service issues
• Third-party platform problems
• Google ranking guarantees
• Customer-side technology problems

Support requests should be submitted through the Quash Foundry customer support form or approved contact method.

Quash Foundry will make reasonable efforts to respond to standard support requests within 2 business days.

Monthly edit requests are typically handled in the order received.

Urgent requests, rush work, or same-day requests may require an additional fee and are subject to availability.

The Website Care Plan includes hosting of the customer's website through Quash Foundry's hosting setup.

Hosting includes:

• Keeping the website online
• Maintaining the website files
• Supporting SSL/security certificate functionality
• Basic technical upkeep
• Reasonable uptime monitoring

Quash Foundry does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to hosting providers, domain issues, internet outages, maintenance, third-party services, or events outside Quash Foundry's control.

The $399 setup fee is due before website setup begins.

The $99 monthly Website Care Plan is billed monthly and is required to keep the website hosted and supported.

If monthly payment fails, Quash Foundry may pause support and/or suspend the website until payment is resolved.

Repeated failed payments may result in cancellation of service.

Customers may cancel the Website Care Plan by providing written notice.

After cancellation:

• Monthly billing will stop after the current billing period
• Website support will end
• Monthly edits will no longer be provided
• The website may be taken offline
• Quash Foundry is not required to continue hosting the website
• Domain ownership remains with the customer if the domain is owned by the customer

The $399 setup fee is non-refundable once work has started.

The setup fee is non-refundable once Quash Foundry has started building the website.

Monthly fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

Refunds may be considered only in limited cases where Quash Foundry is unable to provide the agreed service and no reasonable alternative is available.

The customer is responsible for all content they provide or approve.

The customer agrees not to submit content that is:

• False or misleading
• Infringing on another person's intellectual property
• Illegal
• Defamatory
• Discriminatory
• Deceptive
• Unauthorized
• Misrepresenting licenses, certifications, or guarantees

Quash Foundry may refuse to publish content that appears inappropriate, unlawful, misleading, or outside the scope of the service.

Quash Foundry websites are designed to provide a professional web presence and help customers look credible online.

Quash Foundry does not guarantee:

• First-page Google rankings
• A specific amount of traffic
• A specific number of leads
• A specific increase in sales
• Paid ad performance
• Search engine indexing timelines

SEO, advertising, and lead generation services may be offered separately if available.

Some websites may rely on third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting infrastructure, form tools, analytics, maps, email providers, or payment processors.

Quash Foundry is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, account issues, or technical failures caused by third-party services.

The standard website package is intended for small local service businesses that need a simple, professional online presence.

It is not intended for:

• Large custom websites
• Complex web applications
• Online stores
• Membership platforms
• Regulated legal, medical, financial, or high-risk claims without proper review
• Businesses requiring custom compliance, security, or accessibility audits

Quash Foundry may decline projects that are outside the scope of the standard package.

Quash Foundry's goal is to provide small local businesses with a simple, affordable, professional website without requiring them to build or manage it themselves.
